Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.

Returns

Personalized products cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged or when delivery exceeds the maximum time indicated (14 days).

For the cases mention above we offer free returns within 15 days of receiving the item. Make sure you put the items in their original packaging before sending them to us. The product must be unused and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection as soon as we receive them. Returns and Refund

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. Generally it will take 1-10 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our customer service during our opening hours by email to hello@weesize.com. If an order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to it and you will have to place a new order.

Shipping

The order can take between 8-14 working days to be delivered depending on your location and type of customization. Orders are processed in the sequence in which they are received. You can track the status of your order via the tracking page, Track your order 🚚

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.
